Depot System
Configurable depot dispatch on vehicle retrieval — vehicles go to the depot instead of directly to the player's hands
Depot retrieval fee with balance check before charging
Occupancy protection — if a world vehicle with that plate is currently occupied by another player, retrieval is blocked and no fee is taken
Smart garage reassignment on depot pickup — vehicles are returned to a public garage matching their type (cars to car garages, helis to heli garages, etc.)
Impound System
Full impound support with per-vehicle fees, officer job tracking, and society fund payouts
Officer role access to view all impounded vehicles regardless of ownership
Impound log with retrieval timestamp tracking
